1. Consultation Fees: Our consultation fees are non-refundable, as they compensate for our consultants' time and expertise. The initial consultation fee includes a comprehensive assessment of the client's eligibility, potential immigration pathways, and tailored advice. Should the client choose to engage our services post-consultation, this fee will be credited towards their total service fee.

 

2. Service Fees: Our service fees encompass the immigration consulting services provided. Fees are determined based on the type of immigration application and its complexity. We uphold a transparent fee structure and provide a detailed fee breakdown prior to the signing of our retainer agreement.

   - If a client cancels our services before work on their application begins, we will refund 30% of the service fee. 
   - No refunds will be issued once work on the application has commenced.
   - No refunds will be provided if an application is denied due to external factors such as changes in immigration policy or incomplete documentation from the client.

 

3. Payment Terms: Full payment of our service fees is required prior to the commencement of work on a client's application. We accept payments via credit card, Interac e-transfer, or wire transfer, ensuring that all transactions are secure and meet industry standards.

 

4. Dispute Resolution: For any disputes related to our refund policy, clients are encouraged to contact us directly. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, clients may escalate the matter to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) for further review.
