At Vertical Reality Immigration Consultancy Inc., we offer our immigration consulting services to clients globally and therefore accept multiple currencies, including Canadian dollars, US dollars, Indian Rupees, and Euros.

1. Currency Conversions: Payments made in currencies other than Canadian dollars will be converted to Canadian dollars using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment. We utilize reliable and trusted sources, such as international banks, for our exchange rates and regularly update these rates to ensure accuracy. Note that exchange rates may vary depending on the payment method and the time of the transaction.
2. Exchange Rates: Exchange rates are subject to constant fluctuation, and the rate at the time of payment may differ from the rate at the time of consultation or when the invoice was issued. We do not assume responsibility for any variations in exchange rates and will not refund any differences resulting from these fluctuations.
3. Currency Conversion Fees: Certain payment methods may incur a currency conversion fee or a foreign transaction fee. These fees are outside the control of Vertical Reality Immigration Consultancy Inc., and we do not receive any portion of these fees. Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.
4. Currency Disclaimer: Vertical Reality Immigration Consultancy Inc. is not liable for any currency conversion errors or discrepancies that may occur during the payment process. While we strive for accuracy in our currency conversions and exchange rates, occasional errors may occur. In such cases, we will work with the client to resolve the issue promptly and equitably.
5. Refund Policy: Our refund policy applies to the amount paid in the original payment currency. Any refunds will be issued in the same currency, and the exchange rate at the time of the refund may differ from the rate at the time of payment. We are not responsible for any differences in exchange rates or currency conversion fees charged by the payment provider.
